Strengthology delivers life-changing 12 Week Transformation Programs for women and men in their 40s and 50s to get stronger and lose weight. Getting stronger is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

It’s crucial as women reach peri and post menopause.

Not only does it make you look and feel great but it massively reduces your risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, increases your bone density and helps with every single other activity that you do. It’s also a lot of fun! We don’t take ourselves too seriously.

I also run strength based circuit classes on Mondays at 09:30am and Tues 6pm for all ages - men and women.

It’s a fun workout set to cheesy 80s and 90s hits!

What is the most popular class / training programme?

The 12 Week Transformation is a bespoke small group personal training program that gets phenomenal results by holding you accountable for what you eat every single day. And crucially, no foods are off limits.

Clients lift weights twice a week and as the program gets stronger the exercises get harder.

We love complete beginners! Most women have never lifted a dumbbell or barbell before starting the program.

How did you get into fitness / strength and conditioning?

By discovering the secret that lifting weights is the best way for women to get that lean, toned look they have always wanted. It also makes you FEEL incredible.

What is Ledbury like as a town to operate in?

Absolutely brilliant. The people here are super friendly and willing to go the extra mile for themselves and others.
