‘On a cold and sunny Friday afternoon at the end of the Christmas Holiday break, the Friends of Ledbury Children’s Centre held one of their special ‘Fun in the Forest’ Sessions.
The session, which was for families with under fives and their older siblings, was led by Becky Davis, Forest School Leader. Families enjoyed exploring the forest area, den and shelter building , a mud kitchen and lots more.
The session finished with mulled apple juice around the fire with the children toasting marshmallows to make delicious snacks. Lots of fun was had by all and families went home tired and happy.
The Friends hold sessions for under- fives at Ledbury Children’s Centre on Wednesdays (Play and Story) and Fridays (Play and Explore), 1.30 – 3.00 pm.
