The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that the 61-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Matthew Lewis, had intentionally sexually touched a man aged 16 or over when the victim did not consent and when Onn did not reasonably believe that he was consenting in an incident in Credenhill on April 22, 2022.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by the probation service and Onn, of Foley Street, Hereford, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
Onn will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on February 13.
