From a blues and Americana-influenced rock band to a good old fashioned Easter treasure hunt, there's lots to get up to in Ledbury this weekend.

The Della Grants

Starting us off on Friday (March 22) at 7.30pm, you can catch The Della Grants at the Prince Of Wales.

The Leicester-based band, established in 2014, is known for original material that meshes blues, rock, and Americana.

Their long-term roster includes artists who have worked with the likes of The Beautiful South, The Specials, and Manic Street Preachers.

The band prides itself on its retro approach to live performing.

Learning to Fly

On Saturday (March 23) the Attic Theatre Company at The Market Theatre presents a new show, Learning to Fly, by James Rowland.

His mix of theatre, comedy, and music narrates the touching story of an unlikely friendship he forged as a lonely and unhappy teenager with a formidable older woman, inhabiting a spooky house on his street.

It’s a tale of love enduring despite life’s hurdles, and the healing power of music.

mEGGastars Easter Treasure Hunt

Finally, on Sunday (March 24) the mEGGastars Easter Treasure Hunt will kick off, running until Thursday, April 4 from 10.30am until 5.30pm, at Eastnor Castle.

This event ties in with Eastnor's bicentennial celebrations.

Registration is online, and once there, partakers can find intriguing clues around the castle and grounds.

Successful entries receive a chocolate reward at the end of the trail.

The event also includes other attractions for attendees.
