FAMILIES are invited to enjoy a free outdoor activity morning in Ledbury.

Organised by LEAF (Locally Encouraging All to Flourish) Ledbury Churches, the Fun in the Forest event will take place in the Ledbury Primary School Forest School on Saturday, March 15, from 11am to 1pm.

The event, led by Becky Davis, Forest School Lead, will feature a scavenger hunt, mud kitchen, and more.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and wear warm clothing, although wellingtons and waterproofs will be available to borrow.

Later in the month, LEAF is organising another free event, Mum’s the Word, on Saturday, March 29, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm at Ledbury Baptist Church on The Homend.

This family-friendly event will offer a range of craft activities ahead of Mothering Sunday, celebrating mums and other special people.

Activities include making cards, bags, posies, and coasters, along with games, a video, and music.

Refreshments, including tea, coffee, cold drinks, and cake, will be provided.

Children of all ages are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
