LEDBURY Swifts Rovers produced an excellent display to beat the only side to defeat them this season in the Mailes Cup.

In the opening period, the hosts were dominant with Hinton put under sustained pressure from the start, and it was no surprise when Ledbury opened the scoring early with a well-taken goal by Sam Branch.

The visitors struck back almost immediately with a fine shot rebounding off a post, only for the ball to be scrambled in from close range. Ledbury restored their lead through Sam Branch.

It was no surprise when Kieran Slatter scored the third after good work from Mathew Hammond to take the hosts into the break with a two-goal cushion.

After the break, Ledbury got a deserved fourth when Kieran Loveridge found the net from a well-worked corner. Mathew Hammond poked home from close range to make it 5-1.
