LEDBURY started positively, attacking the away goal from the start.

Lewis Potter got an early goal for Ledbury after five minutes, and the home side continued pressing forward, with both Neil King and Charlie White adding valuable contributions in attack. Credenhill in turn pressed the Ledbury goal, with goalkeeper Ben Read making some fine saves.

Ledbury’s persistence paid off in the tenth minute, with captain Charlie White adding a second goal, and Charlie Samwells made it 3-0 to Ledbury after 26 minutes.

With the last attack of the first-half, Credenhill pulled a goal back to make the score 3-1 to Ledbury at half-time.

The second-half started with Credenhill trying to get back into the match, persistently attacking forward. Ledbury’s Alex Berry proved very capable in defence, making some vital tackles.

However, Credenhill got their second goal 10 minutes into the second-half, and this made for a very tense final 20 minutes.

Ledbury came close through Dan Reilly, and it was end-to-end football. When Credenhill got their third goal both sides had to defend well to stop the other team getting the winning goal.

However, despite the efforts of both teams, the final whistle blew with the score at 3-3.

Ledbury’s player-of-the-match went to Alex Berry.
