LEDBURY Swifts Rovers travelled to Hinton and produced an excellent display to draw with the league leaders. Hinton started brightly, putting Ledbury under pressure, but it was Ledbury who opened the scoring midway through the first-half with a fine left-foot strike by Sam Branch after an excellent sweeping move.

Ledbury were now on top, but the hosts struck just before the break with a speculative strike taking a wicked deflection past Liam Bowers. Ledbury again started slowly and Hinton scored immediately after the restart, but Ledbury showed excellent resolve and were soon level after good work from Kieran Slatter and a neat Kieran Loveridge finish.

A strong defensive display by Daniel Gale and Oliver Williams, with the tenacious Mathew Hammond, ensured Hinton were continually under pressure, but it was the hosts who struck again against the run of play midway through the second-half.

The midfield of Ledbury continued to dominate and after significant pressure a deserved third arrived with an excellent finish from Joseph Bullock.

The visitors were now going forward at every opportunity to break the deadlock, only to find the Hinton goalkeeper in inspired form until the final whistle.
