THIEVES made off with an unusual haul after removing an acer tree from a front garden in Ledbury.
This was removed from a front garden in Ferndown Road, on the Deer Park estate, overnight on Tuesday (June 2).
Neighbour Allen Conway said: βIt was a nice, colourful acer but nothing particularly unusual and it had just been pulled out of the ground.β
The incident appears to be a one-off as police have not received reports of any similar thefts.
