Ledbury Opposes Tesco Superstore (LOTS) says a delay will give the people of Ledbury an opportunity to consider properly the options for future retail development within the High Street area as well as their long term aspirations for the town.

LOTS spokesman Rich Hadley said: “Tesco’s determination to press ahead with its out of town store plan runs counter to the spirit of the Government’s impending legislation which will devolve decision-making on important planning issues to the local communities directly affected by them."
