WORCESTER-based SME Broker Services are putting the accent on youth as the company looks to expand its ambitions.
The business essential resources company, founded by Alex Nicholls in February 2016, is based in Diglis, Worcester.
The 22 staff pictured have seen their ranks swell to 30 following the acquisition of local firm E Data Services.
The staff now have an average age of just over 22, of which nine are employed on apprenticeship schemes.
SME are seeking to bolster their youth development culture by recruiting at least 14 more apprentices before the close of the year.
Furthermore, in the last six months, three staff have completed a degree-equivalent ILM Leadership and Management course and a further four are working towards completing, a further employee is undertaking a CIPD for Human Resources professionals.
SME Broker Services and its management are at this moment developing individuals in departments such as sales, administration, IT, media, marketing, finance, law and HR.
