TIME in Dymock is passing more smoothly, thanks to repairs to the church clock.
The clock has been erratic in its time-keeping for several months, because the rewind switch was becoming unreliable.
The switch has now been repaired by an engineer, and the rest of the mechanism has been cleaned and lubricated.
As a result, the clock, in the tower of St Mary's, is now keeping good time once again.
