The man was riding a a black Suzuki motorbike on the B4215 at Highnam, outside Gloucester, just after 5.30pm, when he was involved in a collision with a silver Citroen C3 driven by a 19-year-old local woman and a grey Audi A3 driven by a 48-year-old local woman.
The man was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with injuries to his leg and pelvis. He remains in a serious condition. The women in the other cars were uninjured.
