NO ONE can say that Ledbury Primary youngsters do not have an eye on the wider world, and activities leading up to the school's annual carnival, the tenth to be held there, reveal the children's keen international outlook.
It has been an extra busy week at the primary, with children rehearsing and performing in their "Going for Goal" play, with more than a glance at the recent Euro cup finals.
And this Friday, the theme of the school's carnival, which usually attracts hundreds of people to the school, will be Carnival and Festivals of the World.
A school spokesman said:"The theme is inspired by the Olympics 2016 which is being held in Brazil. We really want the tenth Ledbury Primary Carnival to be our biggest and most vibrant yet."
