CONGESTION charge? What a joke!
We all know why there is congestion. All traffic has to come through Hereford because we do not have a bypass, unlike Ledbury and other towns.
I have recently received my bus pass. Great.
I decided to go to town with my wife, have an early evening meal, a couple of drinks, and catch the bus home... only to find the last bus to Bobblestock left at 5.35pm.
Not everybody can or is able to ride bikes.
No wonder people use their cars to go to work or for shopping.
