A BnB was presented with an award for 'great customer service.'
Jo Willn manages Snowshill Hill, a three bedroomed, five star guest house accommodation on the top of the North Cotswolds, around two miles from Snowshill village on a working farm and estate.
The business is privately owned, has been operating for 16 years and under the VisitEngland Assessment Scheme has achieved a five star grading each year since opening its doors.
Ms Willn said: "It is great to be recognised in this way."
Ms Willn was presented with a Rose award from VisitEngland at a ceremony on Tuesday, October, 16 at the Independent Hotel Show in London's Kensington Olympia.
The Rose Awards, this year awarded to100 recipients across the country, puts the spotlight on those accommodation providers across England who provide visitors with 'the warmest of welcomes.' They recognise the owners, management and employees of establishments that go above and beyond, making customers’ experiences 'extra special,' irrespective of star rating, style or accommodation type.
