IS it almost time to go musically Dada in The Vault, at Worcester’s Arts Workshop?
It certainly seems that way, with four bands and DJ’s set to entertain with an evening themed around the Fluxus/Dada art movements.
A spokesman said: “It will be an audio visual event with a focus on electronic / alternative type music, all the bands are a little bit alternative and edgy but very much in line with Worcester’s now famous music scene.
“We see it as being more of an art linked event than a normal gig, so being at the Arts Workshop it is in a pretty relevant home. We are using The Vault, the downstairs smaller venue to help create a more intense atmosphere with various video projections accompanying the music.”
Bands playing will be The Arboretum; Rosebud; Deathly Pale Party and The Pink Diamond Review, who will be the headliners.
State of Flux @ The Vault will be hosted by Worcester Arts Workshop on May 17.
