A MAN from Kidderminster must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work after he beat up a girl under the age of 18.
Johnjoe Bryant, of Dunnington Close, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (June 25), where he pleaded guilty to assaulting the girl on April 14 this year.
The 30-year-old was ordered to undergo rehabilitation activity, as well as 180 hours of unpaid work.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £85 plus £135 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The girl cannot be identified for legal reasons.
In a separate case at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, Kalie Blaymires pleaded guilty to beating up another woman in Stourport.
The 32-year-old, of Windmill Close, Stourport, admitted assaulting Ivy Whatmore by beating her on June 6.
A community order was made, requiring Blaymires to undergo rehabilitation activity.
She was ordered to pay compensation of £50.
In another case, a Belbroughton man was fined for drunk and disorderly behaviour in Kidderminster town centre.
Jamie Lee Welsh, of Hartle Lane, pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour while drunk outside The Vault bar in Oxford Street on June 8.
The 22-year-old was fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 to victim services and £135 to the CPS.
