VALUABLE metal and a pair of ornamental cannons were stolen from Shropshire overnight on Tuesday.
Thieves broke into an out building in Bishops Castle and stole a starter motor, some copper and brass taps and a pair of bolt cutters.
Damage was caused to the lock during the break in, which police said was between 9pm on Tuesday (August 13) and 9am the following day.
The crime reference number is 0294S 140819.
West Mercia Police said it's thought this theft is linked to another in Worthen during a similar timeframe.
A pair of ornamental cannons worth around £500 were taken.
