THE number of beers on offer at next month's Kidderminster Beer and Cider Festival has risen to 45, together with 18 ciders and perries, local wines and a craft gin bar.
The festival, organised by Wyre Forest CAMRA, opens on Thursday, November 7 at Kidderminster Town Hall.
From noon, there will be a preview for CAMRA members and invitees, before doors open to the public at 2pm until 10pm.
Friday’s hours are 11am to 11pm and Saturday 11am until 9pm - unless beers run out beforehand.
There will be entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings and hot and cold food will be available throughout.
Thursday will see a judging panel choose their favourite beer to be considered for the title of Champion Beer of Britain.
This year’s sponsors include Kinver Brewery, the Swan Shopping Centre, Big Print Shop, Caunsall’s Anchor Inn, CMS Kidderminster and the Town Hall management team.
The festival’s chosen charity for 2019 is the Alzheimer’s Society.
