HIMLEY Hall will be transformed into a winter wonderland this December.
Winter Lights comes to the beauty spot from Friday, December 13 to Sunday, December 15 and will see the woodland around the hall illuminated with lights.
Trails will be lit up for walkers to explore, with the light design inspired by the natural beauty of the winter landscape.
Zoe Worth, from Countryside Events who are helping to organise the spectacular, said: "Created to display the natural beauty of the winter landscape, the event will be a kaleidoscope of colour to brighten the darkest season of the year.
"Famous landscape designer Lancelot 'Capability' Brown planned the parkland in the 18th century. Never in his dreams, could he have imagined such as event as this."
Windows of the hall will also be decorated and illuminated with an Advent theme as the centre piece of the display, with designs being made by pupils from 30 schools around the borough.
The event runs from 5pm to 9pm on all three days, with last admission at 8pm.
To book a ticket, visit the Countrywide Events website.
Children under 11-years-old go free but but must have a child ticket.
