TWO cars have been seized in Worcester as both the drivers had no insurance.
Both cars were stopped and seized by police in Lowesmoor today with one of the cars found to be unroadworthy because the exhaust was hanging off.
Officers from Worcestershire's Operations Patrol Unit pulled over the Seat Leon and seized it because the driver had no licence or insurance for the vehicle.
Officers also stopped a Renault. The driver had no insurance and was issued with a PG9 because the exhaust was 'hanging off'.
The PG9 is a roadworthiness prohibition given for mechanical problems or for the condition of a vehicle’s bodywork and equipment.
