A PARAMEDIC from Bromsgrove says she was 'moved to tears' by kindly neighbours who left a full shopping basket on her doorstep.
West Midlands Ambulance Service worker Katie Tudor took to Twitter to thank the neighbours, known only as Kerry and Simon, for the generous gesture.

The letter attached to the shopping said: "I thought you might be struggling to get to the shops so I put a few things together, so that hopefully you can make a few easy meals.
"Thanks for all you are doing for us."

The message prompted a heartfelt thank you from Katie, who describes herself as mummy, paramedic, mentor and acting ops manager on her Twitter profile.

"If anything, all this has shown how much love there is in this world!" she wrote.
