A POLICE dog found a bag of cannabis after drugs were dumped by three men in a chase.
Police dog Hawk found the bag, said to be worth £100, after three men were chased by police officers in Evesham.
The three men were eventually caught by officers but not found to have any drugs on them. Police dog Hawk and a police community support officer later found the dumped bag of cannabis.
The tweet by PC Kibblewhite from the Evesham Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "3 males ran, 3 males caught, 3 males searched - negative.
"Convinced first male discarded something so with help from PD HAWK and my superb sniffing ability we’ve now taken £100 worth of Cannabis off the street.
"@EveshamCops with PCSO 40004. Caused some disruption at least."
