LEDBURY Harriers hosted their annual Magnificent Seven race at Eastnor.
The first Malvern Jogger home in 17th place was Ben Toon in 55 minutes six seconds followed by Ian Fuller in 57.02 in 26th.
Mike Bolton clocked 1.01.59, Mark Hartland 1.04.55, Alison Priest 1.09.18, Amanda Duncan 1.10.45,Helen Card 1.15.41, Pat Johnson 1.16.58 and Viv Tolley 1.18.16.
A team also competed in the Autumn 10k in Hereford.
Danielle Millward ran 1.02.07, Laura Sadler 1.05.16, Lynn Forrester-Walker 1.05.48, Theresa Gilbert 1.10.38, Ian Whitlock 1.07.02, Elizabeth Carter 1.10.08, Jodie Moffatt 1.12.33, Susan Lewis 1.12.35 and Graham Bird 1.01.35.
About 20,000 took part in the 28th 10-mile Great South Run from the seafront at Southsea.
Joggers' Julie Caseley finished in 1.30.43.
Bert Lacey did the Hope Valley 8.3-miler in 1.16.00 and while on holiday in Spain completed the Girona 10k.
David Hunt was delighted to finish his first marathon in Amsterdam in 4.42.
He said: "I was very pleased considering an injury picked up two weeks ago."
Sian Maxwell completed the half marathon in 2.05.56.
