FOUR Malvern Joggers competed in the Gloucester 10k in perfect weather.

On a largely flat, traffic-free course with closed tarmac roads, the route was a one-lap course taking runners through Haresfield and Colethrop.

First Jogger home in 37th place was Chris Reed in 48 minutes 46 seconds with Rachael Reed clocking 55.41, Emma White 1.02.56 for a new personal best and Charly Lowndes 1.03.32.

Elizabeth Bell did the Cob House Halloween 10k in 1.08.44.

The Trellech Beacon Dash attracted three Joggers covering a six-mile multi-terrain race organised by Spirit of Monmouth Running Club.

After an initial hill climb to the Trellech Beacon, the race followed woodland trails, forestry tracks and farmland back to Trellech.

There was around 400 feet of ascent in total.

Julie Caseley ran 59.27, Mike Anstey 1.03.04 and Lynda Broadway 1.11.13.
