MALVERN Buzzards' Mike Anstey, Lynda Broadway and Sarah Lane completed the Poets Path Potter.

Lane did two eight-mile routes in three hours 51 minutes with her club-mates doing both and a 10-mile version in 6.10.

Six Buzzards finished in the top 20 at the Pitchcroft parkrun in Worcester.

Kim Alston ran her first park run in 31.34 for a five-kilometre best and third in age category with Sim Foreman and Harry Foreman doing PBs of 17.58 and 20.16 respectively.

Jason Cox ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon in a PB of 1.55.03.

Sarah Armstrong was third woman at the Pendock Spring Chicken 10k and 25th overall in 44.10.

Sam Burnage was 14th in 41.51 while Wesley Ogden clocked 54.44, Sophie Barnes 1.00.28 (PB) and Jennie Bond 1.11.06.

Sim Foreman was third in the 5k version in 19.41 with Archie Foreman eighth in 22.33.

Emma Foreman did 30.30 and James Gillson 41.07.

Dominique Kent was first in her women's 50 age category at the Forest of Dean Half Marathon in 1.31.57 while Phil Griffiths finished in 1.27.56, Jack Young 1.47.02, Martin Reed Darby 1.48.29, Ian Dyson 1.54.40 and Nicola Turrell 2.08.18 (PB).

Four Buzzards did the Cleevewold 14 miles with Armstrong first in the women's 45 age category and fourth female in 2.02.50.

Rob Hopkins did 2.01.58 and Holly Rabone Kent 2.35.37.
