Ledbury Harriers at the Coppett Hill fell race
LEDBURY Harriers’ Chris Grubb was fourth overall at the Coppett Hill fell race in Goodrich.
The route took the runners up over 300 metres of climbing across 5.3 miles.
Grubb clocked 41 minutes three seconds with Holly Gourley finishing second woman in 47.56.
Kate Elkington ran 52.26 to win the women’s 50 and over category while Sandra Smith narrowly beat Sarah Coggins who finished in 1.08.53 to take the 60 and over section.
Chloe Mason was the last of the Ledbury women to finish and Mark Marshall managed 57.17. Harriers’ Ella Hogan registered a personal best at the St Levan 10k.
