NICK Seabourne struck twice as Pershore Town bagged the derby bragging rights with a 3-0 win at Littleton.

Ex-Droitwich Spa hitman Seabourne fired in a rising drive from a right-wing cutback 10 minutes into the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division clash at Five Acres.


Sam Clarke then doubled Pershore’s lead by half-time, converting a Matt Pinder cross but Littleton piled on the pressure in the second half.

Zaqib Hussain was sin-binned for Pershore but Seabourne sealed the spoils on the break five minutes from the end, coolly finishing one-on-one.

Ex-Worcester City striker James Lemon rattled in a hat-trick as Droitwich Spa’s second-half blitz demolished Allscott 7-1 in Division One.

Connor Collins (2), Alex Dugmore and Brad Burgess got the others in a match Spa were pegged back in prior to taking a 2-1 lead into half-time.

Birmingham City prospect Rhys Hilton again notched for Redditch United in the FA Cup first qualifying round but it was only enough for a 1-1 draw at Sutton Coldfield Town.

Alvechurch got sent crashing out by lower-ranked Belper Town, a flat display leading to a 1-0 defeat sealed by Charlie Dawes three minutes from time.

Greg Mills struck as Stourbridge ousted Bromsgrove Sporting 1-0 at the Victoria Ground.

Alex Prosser’s close-range strike was cancelled out as Kidderminster Harriers let slip a lead in a 1-1 draw at Blyth Spartans in National North. Hereford did not play.

Craig Jones, Paul Hurrell, Ben Hayes, Richard Greaves and Dan Stevenson scored as table-topping Westfields beat Ardley United 5-1 in Hellenic League Premier Division.

Harry Clark scored a late consolation but could not prevent Malvern Town’s first defeat in Division One West, a 3-1 setback at former Southern League outfit Shortwood United.

Tomorrow, Worcester City travel to Selston in Midland Football League Premier Division (1pm), while Evesham United entertain Dorchester Town in the FA Cup first qualifying round (3pm).
