14-man Ledbury RFC reacted well to an early red card in the second-half to secure what was another bonus-point win at home to Manor Park.

It was a wet and pretty miserable day but the hosts started well and opened the scoring when winger Adam Draper scooted over in the corner.

A penalty for the visitors got them up and running and the game seemed to swing in their favour when Ledbury's Dan Walters was sent to the bin and Manor Park instantly took advantage with a forwards try from close range to take the lead.

Despite being a man down, Ledbury were not fazed and responded quickly as Ed Bennion continued his try-scoring form to crash over the line to re-take the lead 10-8.

The second-half started with a penalty to the visitors as they went back ahead and then Walters' second yellow card saw him sent off as the referee grew inpatient with the hosts at scrum-time.

The odds were in favour of Manor Park now but they missed a number of penalties to increase their lead and eventually, that proved costly.

Luke Clarke scored twice in the corner for Ledbury in the final 15 minutes to build a comfortable lead and Draper added two more to complete his hat-trick and seal the impressive win.
