A MAKEOVER Herefordshire Housing (HH) gave to the way it works is up for a major national award.
HH will contest the Business Transformation of the Year category at the UK Housing Awards in April.
The awards salute outstanding work by housing organisations to improve the lives of people in their communities.
Organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Inside Housing magazine, the 2014 awards attracted more than 250 entries from all over the UK.
HH is one of six shortlisted in the Business Transformation of the Year category.
HH Chief Executive, Peter Brown said, “We’ve worked really hard to deliver a wider range of services to our tenants and customers. And that has meant transforming the organisation from top to bottom whilst keeping a close eye on existing service standards.”
The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on April 29.
