A MAN needed surgery after he was punched in the face in Hereford.
Police have today released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the alleged assault, which took place in The Kerry on Union Street in the early hours of February 6.
The 22-year-old victim was left with a fracture to the orbital floor of his eye after he was hit while in the bathroom of the pub.
Detective Constable Paul Matthews of West Mercia Police said: “This appears to be an unprovoked attack, which left the victim with an injury which has turned out to be quite serious."
