HEREFORD has reopened its second public loo in as many weeks.
The Union Street facilities – a single, self-cleaning cubicle – will operate on the same pay as you go system as East Street, which carries a 20p charge.
Hereford City Council have no short-term plans to reopen any more public loos, closed last year due to budget cuts at county council, but hope that these openings reiterate that Hereford’s city centre remains open for business.
