A 22-YEAR-old who was unable to stand after drinking was arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
Josef Koval of Belmont Road, Hereford pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Hereford city centre on September 29.
Herefordshire Magistrates Court heard it was 5.50pm when there were reports that five people were being antisocial in Starbucks.
When officers arrived Koval was being held up by his friends and was unable to stand on his own.
The court heard he had previous convictions, which included drunk and disorderly in June and was sentenced for common assault in September.
Koval, who was defending himself, said he has now stopped drinking.
He was ordered to pay a £100 fine, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.
