A 43-YEAR-old man had pleaded not guilty to attempted murder.
Mark Ruck of Escley Drive, Hereford appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Monday and a new five count indictment was read to him.
He pleaded not guilty to attempting to murder Michael Ruck on September 11 in Hereford and also pleaded not guilty to a charge of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
However he pleaded guilty to three other charges which were a separate charge of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm, unlawful wounding and having a bladed article in a public place.
Ruck has been sent for trial on February 20 next year.
