A CYCLIST was airlifted to hospital last night after falling off his bike.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the junction of the B4349 and B4348 at Kingstone at 7:15pm on Thursday evening.
An ambulance spokesperson said: “Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, a BASICS emergency doctor and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
“On arrival they found off duty medics administering first aid to the cyclist, a man, who was unconscious and in a critical condition.
“He was given advanced trauma care by ambulance staff before being airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.”
