VISITORS to Eastnor Castle will be able to immerse themselves in the past and enjoy some nostalgia this forthcoming weekend as the popular Eastnor Steam & Vintage event returns.

Open on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May from 10.30am until 5.30pm, the Castle Courtyard will be home to an impressive line-up of incredible steam engines alongside displays of classic cars from a bygone era including Minis, Morgans and Morris Minors.

Steam wagons were a widespread form of commercial haulage in the early part of the 20th century and were largely a British phenomenon.

Very few remained in commercial use however beyond the Second World War and only a limited number remain today.

With an emphasis on family fun, the event has something for all ages including vintage fairground rides, Punch & Judy shows, garden games, pony rides, live entertainment, a licensed bar and much more.

All rides, activities and exhibitions are included in the entrance price of £13 for adults, £8 for children and £34 for a family, making it a great value day out.

This includes all the usual attractions too such as visiting the castle, exploring the grounds and enjoying the maze and play areas.

Tickets are limited and only available to purchase online at eastnorcastle.com
