Pub fun day will benefit school

A PUB in Pencombe is offering a family fun day this Bank Holiday.
The Wheelwright Arms opens its doors on Monday, August 29 for a day of face painting, soak the bloke, ferret racing, pig roast and more. Teams of eight are needed for the tug of war competition and entry costs £10 per team.
All proceeds will go to Pencombe CE Primary School, nursery and church.
