A FARM property and land expert has joined Worcestershire law firm mfg Solicitors.
Rural specialist Hannah Taylor becomes the latest member of mfg’s 12-strong farming team in the agricultural and rural affairs division. She will be based at the firm's Worcester office and work closely with partners Iain Morrison and Susan Morrissy. The 30-year-old has a reputation for successfully dealing with various land-related issues – helping farmers and landowners to defend public rights of way and planning-related applications, drainage issues, restrictive covenants and easement issues relating to farm properties.
Iain Morrison, partner at mfg and head of the firm’s agricultural and rural affairs division, said: “It’s great to have Hannah on the team and she brings an impressive track record in assisting farmers to navigate the complex issues surrounding their property and land rights. Hannah has the passion and professionalism we look for and is already helping and advising clients immensely - especially surrounding intricate property and rights of way matters. She is a fantastic appointment as we continue to bring more talented lawyers into the team and the firm.”
Mrs Taylor added: “I am delighted to be joining Iain and the team at mfg at this stage of my career. The firm and the department has a first-rate reputation across the region so I am looking forward to playing my role in the ongoing success of mfg, helping to grow our client base and supporting farmers and landowners.”
