CAN anyone tell me why it is okay to grow any tree to any height in Malvern (no matter how much inconvenience it may cause to ones neighbours, or how much of a blot on the area of outstanding beauty it may be), but at the same time it is not allowable to prune a tree without obtaining permission?
Theoretically, this means I could plant a quick-growing conifer this year, let it grow to a height of say 50ft in a few years, but then not be allowed to cut it down.
This is weird!
