THE Malvern Air Cadets' teamwork was perfect last Sunday, when they ably supported our SSAFA fund-raising Garden Open Day at Little Malvern Court.
Their role was to guide the nearly 600 visitors to their parking spaces, a task which they fulfilled excellently with winning smiles and gentle authority.
Many visitors commented how smart they looked in their uniforms and what a good example these youngsters set.
I cannot thank the OC of 1017 (Malvern) Squadron ATC, Flt Lt Ian Rose, and his team of 10 air cadets enough for the help that they gave to SSAFA.
However, I hope that you could publish this letter so that your readers are aware of this first-class performance by these young people who worked so well together to help us raise funds for needy members and ex-members of the Armed Forces and their families.
