WORCESTER Warriors now has a new majority owner.
According to Companies House, Loxwood Holdings Ltd were made the 'person with significant control' today (Monday, September 18).
Christopher Holland is the director of Loxwood Holdings Ltd, who is also the director at Wasps Holdings Ltd.
BBC Hereford and Worcester are now reporting that Chris Holland now owns a 97 per cent share of Atlas Worcester Warriors.
Atlas completed the purchase of WRFC Trading Ltd on May 2 but Administrators Begbies Traynor confirmed last month that there is still £1m left to pay, which must be completed by October 9.
A notice of 'ceasing to be the person in control' was also filed today by Atlas Sportstech Holdings Ltd.
