MALVERN-based Adam Page has been handed a one-year professional contract at Cheltenham Town.
The 18-year-old has progressed through the club's two year BTEC scholarship 'development' programme, impressing both with his work rate and attitude and also his natural ability.
Page, who can play on either side, will now join Midland Football League club Hereford FC on loan to build his experience.
Page is a former student at Dyson Perrins Academy’s sixth form.
He appeared for Hereford - and scored their first goal - in a 4-2 friendly victory against Wellington on Tuesday night.
